Terms of Service

By booking an appointment with Home Thai and Remedial Massage, Rozelle, you agree to the following:

• Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email — please arrive on time so your therapist has the full session available.
• Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices charged, unless a gift voucher, promotion or health fund rebate applies.
• Please let us know about any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy before your treatment begins.
• We reserve the right to refuse or end a treatment that we reasonably believe is unsafe for the client or therapist.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and subject to the expiry shown at time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Please call us on 0478 959 446 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can also cancel online using the link in your booking confirmation email.

Promotions & Discount Codes

The following applies to promo codes, gift vouchers and loyalty stamp rewards used at online checkout:

• One offer per booking. Only one discount can be applied to a booking — a promo code cannot be combined with a gift voucher, a loyalty stamp reward, or another promo code.
• Promo codes are for members. A promo code can only be redeemed while signed in to the account it was issued to, and is valid for a single booking.
• Health fund / HICAPS claims. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, a promo code cannot be combined with a HICAPS or private health-fund rebate on the same booking.
• Validity periods. A promotion may be limited to certain dates, days of the week or times of day. Codes must be redeemed before their expiry date.
• Value limits. A discount never reduces the price below $0; any value beyond the booking price is not refunded, exchanged or carried over.
